千住锡丝卤素含有率 0%,这是重视绝缘特性的划时代产品。
    “ZERO”系列是无铅焊锡,是完全不含卤化物的“完全无卤助焊剂产品”。助焊剂中一律不含卤,因此是绝缘电阻值极大的产品,锡焊后的残渣可靠性优越。另外,助焊剂残留由于使用了透明的助焊剂,因此外观检查等也容易,外观漂亮。适合所有重视环保的产品。ZERO 的助焊剂的绝缘特性优越,适合要求高可靠性的产品。

千住焊锡丝SPARKLE ESC21 ~ 润湿性(扩散性)良好M705 F3
无铅焊材与一般钖铅焊材比较之下,焊材的润湿性(扩散性)较差是主要的缺点,比较一般钖铅无铅的扩散率约只达到一般钖铅的90%以下。SPARKLE ESC(ECO SOLDER CORED),是针对无铅化而开发之松香芯钖丝,比较一般的无铅焊材,大幅提高润湿性(扩散性)及切断性,进而实现了可与一般钖铅相同之作业性。SPARKLE ESC21改良了过去产品ESC的作业性,以及润湿性焊材中FLUX的飞溅问题。烙铁头设定在低温时焊接性依然良好,并可延长烙铁头使用寿命。焊接后残渣接近无色透明、外观良好。
